Hello again! I am Jing Hui, a Product Designer who’s actually… not a cat person! I have both cats and dogs and I say why choose when I can pet both?

In all seriousness, I’m currently designing customer-facing experiences for Food and Mart at Grab. Before this, I was shaping job-seeking and hiring journeys at Hiredly, where I focused on usability, research-driven improvements, and building scalable design systems. My career began in the construction industry as an Assistant Architect, where designing physical spaces taught me to think critically about structure, flow, and how people interact with their surroundings which shaped how I design digital experiences. I approach product design with the same focus on functionality, balance, and usability, whether the "space" is a building or a digital interface.

More than anything, I thrive amidst innovation, passionate curiosity, humility and joy. I seek brave and supportive teams where, together, we can improve people's day to day 1% at a time.
